Why Office Hours?

We have heard from many of you in recent months, expressing your desire to keep the conversation going among the artists of our community. It appears as though there is a strong need to connect and learn from one another. Therefore, we decided to create the opportunity to do just that. We are offering four sessions of 75 minutes each, with various topics. We are calling this format OFFICE HOURS.

I am happy to share with you my 50+ years of experience

  • Four video sessions recordings, plus downloadable PDF notes and an audio version (think of it as a podcast). Each talk covers technical aspects as well as philosophical questions related to YOUR studio practice.

  • Recordings + PDF notes are yours forever

This class is full of intelligent discussions about our art practices, influences, problem solving and so much more. This is the third workshop I've experienced with Mark & Marija. Mark is knowledgeable in all aspects of art and his teaching style is delightful - playfully serious. Marija brings a wonderful balance as artist and student - asking just the right questions. I also enjoyed the format for this class which includeds teaching and conversations with other artists. Highly recommend this workshop - well all of their workshops! Can't wait for the next one!

Thank you, Mark and Marija for a wonderful series. You did a great job selecting topics that resonate with many artists, and your final "open mic" video was informative and inspirational. I especially appreciate the grounded wisdom you both impart to us, as opposed to a "touchy/feely" approach. Mark's final comments regarding student and teacher were brilliant. Looking forward to your future Language workshops. Thank you.
